Rosita replied to the topic Re: Flexible? in the forums.I became really flexible after religiously stretching every day for at least 20 minutes. Make sure you warm your muscles up before doing any sort of static exercises. I did the full pike, half straddle, and whatever I felt would loosen my muscles. Now I can do the splits and I'm working on my scorpion. The more you stretch, the more flexible you'll be! I also got a stunt strap which you can order from Myosource to aid me in my stretching routine. Another thing to help you perfect the splits is to lie flat on the floor with your bum against the wall and your legs against the wall, so your body is at a right angle. Then split your legs into a straddle and the gravity will pull your legs down. Try to be as close to the wall as possible and keep the position for as long as you can. Feel free to do other stuff while stretching! It makes the time go a lot faster, plus you can multitask
