@ Autumn- yea I know, I love it though. I am barely allowed in the kitchen lol....@ chloe- I am starting to do sit ups but it just feels like I am going no where fast. I guess it just one of those things you have to work on, if only I was more motivated

Wooh! Awesome topic AND replies. Nice.
Spring time! I've heard there are some crazy weather patterns going on in the US... Upstate NY feels like late spring, it's GORGEOUS! In the winter I tend to feel more sluggish but now that the sun is out, I've been working out a bit more. Lots of dance-oriented workouts such as Zumba and Dance Centeral Workout Mode with a little bit of p90x and Jillian Michaels every few days. Then I go out on my porch and dance around and drum for a few hours. I also only eat natural organic foods. No one needs the extra ingredients, trust me. =P All that factoring in together, I've been slowly shedding my winter-fat. ew. =P

im really worried i have been the same height and weight since i was 14 i have a feeling i should stop taking advantage of my ridiculously fast metabolism and start watching what i eat and eat a bit better im going to wake up one morning and weigh 500lbs haha
But not even kidding, have any of you guys had a really fast metabolism then it all just go down the drain once you got a couple years older? im almost 21 so i assume my body should probably begin to realise im not playing sports every weekend ect and put some fat on, i dont mind putting weight on as long as it goes to the right places

I had a fast metabolism too then one day not such much anymore. I have never had to work out before but now I feel like I should everyday. I wore the same size and was the same weight and height since middle school and within one year I got 20 pounds and went up a size in clothes. I don't mind the weight that much since it settled in all the right place except one my stomach. And I will be 21 this summer. I use to dance around all the time to work out but I have been so lazy in the past year that its taken a toll.

Chloe, I have the same problem. I have weighed 94 pounds all through high school and have not been able to gain or lose. When I got pregnant, I was up to 120. I thought for sure my body was going to chance and my metabolism would slow down. A month after having my son I was back down to 103 without working out or doing anything. I am almost 22 and I am at 98. That is 2 years after having my son. I fear the day when I will wake up and not be able to fit on my bed anymore. My poor boyfriend would be squished between me and the wall.

Lucy if you want to lose a few pounds the best way to do it is to do fun exercises that are really cardio intense! I like to do kickboxing, there is a studio near my house, or you can do things like ZUMBA and other fun workout classes. The point is to just do it, no need to plan it out of get your diet food first. Just exercise then you can plan after you've started.

I was really thin in my teen years untill I suddenly gained 25 pounds, I lost it by the time I was 19. But now I always watch what I eat and I've added lifting heavy weights in with my exersice routine so I look more tonned. It's definitely a lifestyle!
